Meet Niki

I’m Niki Stanley, and I help organizations navigate AI adoption, leadership strategy, and workforce transformation. My NYC journey—from being Brooklyn-born to Guyanese immigrants, Far Rockaway-raised, and spending my middle and high school years to and from the city—has shaped how I see leadership: the best solutions come from adaptability, insight, and knowing when to embrace change.

I specialize in partnering with executives and founders who need fractional HR leadership and AI integration strategies.
